The Shared Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) Programme accelerated in 2025, continuing to deliver a scalable, collaborative platform for telecare monitoring across Scotland. Platform Implementation: Successful go-lives in Angus, Perth and Kinross, Bield (including Inverclyde and Renfrewshire and over 50 partnership organisations), Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Moray, Stirling and Clackmannanshire, bring the total number of adopters to 19.

Awards & Recognition: Won the TSA ITEC Partnership Award, highlighting sector-wide collaboration.

Data Standardisation: The Telecare Information Framework (TIF) implementation project is underway to introduce a standard for data collection across Scotland, with the majority of TIF fields now embedded into the Shared Alarm Receiving Centre platform.
