2024 Recap: Innovation through the Shared ARC Programme

Blog. Digital Telecare. 12.12.2024

The Shared ARC Programme has made significant strides in 2024, demonstrating the power of collaboration and innovation to transform service delivery. As we reflect on the year, let’s celebrate the key achievements and look ahead to the exciting developments on the horizon.

Growing Adoption of the Shared ARC Platform

This year saw remarkable progress in expanding the reach of the Shared ARC Platform, with 15 adopters signed up to date, including 2 lateral adopters. Of these:

  • 8 adopters are already live on the platform.
  • 7 more are scheduled to join in the first half of 2025.

With increased momentum anticipated in December 2024, the Shared ARC Programme is poised for significant growth as more organisations recognise the value of the platform.

Collaborative Working: System User Group

At the heart of the Shared ARC Programme is a commitment to collaborative working. In November 2024, we held the first System User Group, bringing together platform users to share experiences, feedback, and insights. This initiative ensures the Shared ARC Platform continues to evolve in response to the needs of its adopters.

Recognition and Awards

The Shared ARC Programme’s achievements have been widely recognised this year:

  • Winner of the Procurex Collaborative Procurement Award.
  • Shortlisted for both the COSLA Excellence Award and the Digital Leaders 100 Awards.

These accolades highlight the programme’s impact and commitment to driving innovation through collaboration.

Looking Ahead: Case Studies and Future Innovation

The first Shared ARC Platform case studies are set to launch in early 2025, providing valuable insights into the experiences of adopters and the platform’s tangible benefits.

As we continue to work with organisations on their onboarding journeys, we’re excited about the future innovations and developments the platform will bring. The Shared ARC Programme is not just about technology—it’s about building a community of forward-thinking organisations committed to delivering better outcomes together.
