Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership Awarded Gold Two Digital Telecare Implementation Award
Digital Telecare for Scottish Local Government are delighted to confirm that Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership has been awarded the Gold Level Two Digital Telecare Implementation Award in recognition of the recent progress of their analogue to digital telecare transition project.
To achieve the Gold Level Two Implementation Award, a Telecare Service Provider must have successfully rolled out a live digital telecare service to 50% of service users and is operating successfully without serious issues or call failures for at least 6 weeks. Achieving this Award is a significant milestone and robustly demonstrates the overall functionality and effectiveness of Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership’s digital telecare solution.
Perth and Kinross Community Alarms Service has embraced the challenges in their transition to an end-to-end fully digital alarm receiving service. Through meticulous planning and testing, both operational and installation teams continue to strive, with great success, to reach and exceed this important milestone whilst minimising any impact on those who rely on the service. Plans are already in place and underway to bring over the remaining customers and improve on their current successes.
Digital Telecare will continue to work with Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership as they progress on their digital journey and aim to achieve the next Implementation Award, Platinum.
