Brand-new templates are available on the Stakeholder Engagement Pathway to support telecare service providers to co-ordinate stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation of digital telecare.
The Stakeholder Engagement Pathway launched in November 2020 with the aim of providing telecare service providers with best practice guidance, templates and resource materials designed to make engaging with the citizens and senior management as straight forward and quick process as possible. This Pathway has now been updated with three newly designed pdf templates to help telecare service providers communicate the following:
1. Digital Switchover Guidance for Service Users
This template can be used by telecare service providers to explain the transition to digital telephony and how this will affect their telecare service. It is located on the Citizen Step of the Planning Phase of the Stakeholder Engagement Pathway.
2. Introduction to the Analogue to Digital Telecare Project Communication Template
This communication template can be used by telecare service providers to introduce the analogue to digital telecare project to citizens and invite them to join a consultation. It is located on the Citizen Step of the Planning Phase of the Stakeholder Engagement Pathway.
3. User Acceptance Testing Advert Template
This advert template can be used by telecare service providers to invite citizens to join user acceptance testing. It is located on the Citizens Actions Step of the Implementation Phase of the Stakeholder Engagement Pathway.
Each of the brand-new templates can be provided in a format that can be edited to suit each individual organisation on request. The Digital Telecare team also offer a free editing service where we can adapt each template to suit your organisations needs on your behalf e.g. include your organisations logo and contact details.
If you have any questions or would like to get in touch with the team to tailor any of the new leaflets to suit your organisation, please get in touch.
