WORKSHOP: STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

WORKSHOP: STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

Digital Telecare for Scottish Local Government are hosting a Stakeholder Engagement Pathway Development Workshop to co-create a future pathway for the digital telecare playbook.

Building on the success of the drop-in session which introduced the next two Playbook Pathways, we're holding a workshop to continue co-creating the Stakeholder Engagement Pathway.

The first session provided a clear insight into the different stakeholder groups and some of the challenges facing Partnerships in their communications with them. In this session we’ll co-create some personas for some of the key stakeholders, exploring their needs and challenges when it comes to communications regarding the transition to Digital Telecare.

We’ll then look at a timeline mapping the typical process for the transition to digital telecare, considering which stakeholders need to be engaged at which points. Through these activities we’ll create a clear list of communications, which will form the basis for the National Campaign and the Stakeholder Engagement Pathway.

The workshop will take place on Thursday 23rd July from 12.30 until 1.30pm on Microsoft Teams and will be fully interactive for all attendees. If you would like to join the session, please register using the link below. All attendees will receive a calendar invite with joining instructions prior to the workshop.
